InstantWho company
Claim a profile
Represent your company on InstantWho — without changing the independence of the profile.
Claiming a company profile allows an authorised representative to participate officially on InstantWho. Verification confirms the representative’s connection to the company; it does not endorse the company or validate every statement it makes.
How claiming works
Find the company profile
Search for the company you represent and choose the claim option on the relevant profile.
Sign in and request access
Use an account you control and provide the information reasonably required to identify the company and your relationship to it.
Verify your connection
InstantWho may offer one or more supported verification methods. The method available can depend on the company, information already associated with the profile and the level of verification required.
Review and access
Once the request is approved, the verified representative can use the company tools made available to that role.
What a verified representative can do
- Publish an official company response where that feature is available.
- Manage company-provided information and request corrections to materially inaccurate profile information.
- Receive relevant profile notifications and access company dashboard features assigned to the representative.
- Invite or manage additional authorised team members where supported.
What claiming does not do
- It does not allow a company to delete its InstantWho profile.
- It does not allow a company to delete or rewrite independent Karma, third-party material or legitimate criticism.
- It does not give a company editorial control over independent legal, news or other externally sourced material.
- It does not allow payment or ownership of a profile to buy a favourable Reputation Score or guaranteed positive classification.
Verification and privacy
Verification information is used to assess whether a person is authorised to act for the company. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Verification material that is provided through a private verification channel is not intended for public display.
InstantWho may request additional information where the available evidence is insufficient, conflicting or disputed.
Already claimed or wrong owner?
If a profile is already managed, an authorised representative may request access or raise an ownership concern. Access disputes are reviewed according to the information available and the authority of the parties involved.
