About InstantWho
A clearer view of company reputation.
InstantWho is an independent company information and reputation platform designed to help people see a broader picture of a business before forming an opinion.
Public information about a company can be scattered, incomplete or difficult to compare. InstantWho brings relevant information into a clearer company profile while keeping source material, user contributions and InstantWho analysis visibly distinct.
See more than a polished first impression
A company’s public reputation can be influenced by advertising, marketing, public relations and selective presentation. InstantWho is built around a simple principle: relevant information should be easier to discover, understand and examine in context.
Where original material is available, users should review it directly when precise wording, status or context matters.
Independent by design
Companies do not receive editorial control over independent material simply because they claim a profile or purchase a service.
A paid relationship must not buy removal of legitimate criticism, a favourable Reputation Score or a guaranteed positive classification. Company representatives can provide information, respond publicly and request corrections where appropriate.
Different information means different things
Third-party & community material
Material originating outside InstantWho remains attributable to its source. Karma posts, comments and ratings represent the contributor’s account or opinion and are not statements made by InstantWho.
InstantWho analysis
Where InstantWho presents a summary, classification or Reputation Score, it should be read according to its label and supporting context. A score, label or summary is not a legal finding or a guarantee of future conduct.
Built for context, not conclusions
InstantWho is designed to give people context, not to make decisions for them. Information can change. Sources can be updated, corrected or removed. Legal proceedings can be disputed, dismissed, settled or appealed.
For important financial, legal or commercial decisions, users should verify material information and consider the original source where available.
Companies have a voice too
Businesses represented on InstantWho can request corrections, respond to community experiences and, where available, claim their company profile after appropriate verification.
A claimed profile confirms only the relevant representative verification. It is not an endorsement by InstantWho and does not give the company control over independent material or the right to delete the profile.
Accuracy matters
We aim to present information clearly and responsibly, but no information platform is perfect. If something appears to concern the wrong company, contains materially inaccurate information or requires additional context, it can be reported for review.
